1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Chicago Daycare Jobs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the platform.

2. User Accounts & Responsibilities

Educators

You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume and profile. You maintain the right to delete your data at any time.

Employers

You agree that your profile and job postings are public records and will remain accessible even if your account is closed.

3. Fees and Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing a subscription or posting a paid job, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your dashboard.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Post fraudulent job listings or false qualifications.
  • Attempt to scrape data or bypass our security measures.
  • Use the platform for any illegal activities or spam.

5. Service Availability

We strive for 100% uptime but do not guarantee it. Data is hosted on our private server infrastructure. We use background processing (jobs) to handle notifications and data syncs; delays in these processes do not constitute a breach of service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chicago Daycare Jobs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of employment or hiring outcomes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
